New staff update

Following yet another intensive round of recruitment Think are delighted to announce three new members of staff.
Kate Murphy joined in May as an Operational Analyst. Kate has an excellent, almost unique background, joining Think after spells with CityJet as Network Planner and Dublin Airport Authority working on A-CDM. As if that weren’t enough, Kate also has an ATPL and an A320 MCC type rating.
Dr. Jennifer Sykes joined in July as a Senior Consultant. Jenni was well known to Think, having worked for NATS for many years in their R&D team before moving into the policy section at NATS. Jenni is actually the first person to join Think direct from NATS and represents our increased ability to attract senior staff from other major air traffic organisations.
Finally, Mike Cowham has been a Think Associate for a few years but has now accepted a permanent role with Think as a member of staff. Mike has 15 years’ experience in the ATM and transport sector having contracted exclusively to Think since 2011.
As we continue to expand to accommodate recent demand and growth, we will be announcing several more new members of staff in the coming weeks. And if you think you’d like to join our team don’t forget to visit
